    Program Topping Out My Ram?

    The SS says it all...
The program "Webcam Viewer" is a trusted file I downloaded to simply view my webcam.
Well now it's being awfully strange and I have scanned it with Norton 2011 AntiVirus. (Don't flame me cause I gots Norton)

Anyway.... wtf is up with this? Yeah yeah yeah I just ordered 4 more GB of ram so I'll have 6GB soon so I know it's low haha.

Okay just switched the webcam viewer to a lower resolution and now it's peaking but in a smaller range...
