    Help Updating to 2.2.1 Android Software

    well i started the update about 20 minutes ago and its been on the Motorola M screen ever since.should i leave it alone and see what happens or did i do something wrong?

    usually when you update to a newer version it will take 10-15 minutes on the first boot after installing the update. just give it a while.

    i guess it should have advanced by now. i guess you could try a battery pull. if you still have problems call support or something.

    its an amazing phone and i wouldnt trade it for anything else but yes it doe have a few problems

    so i took my phone to the verizon store today and the tech guy just did a battery pull and it worked..
    but it was dead
    so i got home and plugged it in and now its back to the M screen of death...
    HELP
