New Rating?
Can we perhaps get a rating for stupid posts?
I think it would be more effective than just calling everything spam and i tihnk i would enjoy telling some ppl their posts are stupid in that manner.
Maybe use this as icon?

Until the rating abuse is stopped I think it would be better to actually simplify things, more along the line of what the original rep system seems to have been.
There are loads of good ideas for ratings but they are pointless while rating abuse continues.
