I noticed many people think this site is going downhill, so let's all collect together some ideas to increase activity.
I have some sort of stupid ideas:
1. Create a topsites page with Aardvark Topsites (http://www.aardvarktopsitesphp.com/), maby try to bridge it with the main site and stuff.
2. A video hosting thing like YouTube using PHP Director (http://www.phpdirector.co.uk/site/).
3. Promoting outside of the web (I created a flyer for my site with QuarkXPress).
4. Move anything hacking or warez related to some sort of registered users only permission, so we can advertise on some gaming sites that would otherwise not allow hacking/exploiting/warez.
