[HELP] 50% of websites are timing out

50% of my websites are timing out and i dont know why.
I reset my router with the cd i have, and ive restarted my computer pleanty of times.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Windows xp pro.
comcast isp

Umm i have this problem again and its not peerguardian cause i uninstalled it.

unplug your router+modem for like 4 mins and re plug them

i guess im gonna call comcast.
hopefully this isnt about the 100 gigs i downloaded in the past month...
