any one have a 680i a1 i need help

well i am using the onboard audio and i have the latst drivers and the sound works but then i got service pack 2 and then sound stops working then i install the hotfix for it and that still does not fix it what should i do

do you have the CD that came with your motherboard?

it should have the sound drivers you need on it.
