New banner

I do not have Photoshop installed on my computer, so I can't do it. I have uploaded all the PSDs needed. Please make the images in .gif format.

For the banner, do what you want. I'm going to put up a poll for which one users think is best.

I've posted a PSD of the ranks. They are the same ones were using now, I just needed them edited to match.

Use the PSD in the 7z file I provided. You'll have better luck :-P.

thats good but if i were you i would make the test stick out a little more like put something dark around it maybe a shadow?
