Make a thread in admin section and post all the people that should be banned from it. I can ban them from shoutbox only.

Don't remove the shoutbox, here are a few good points

1) it reduces spam threads, where people can shout "wow I'm drunk" instead of posting it, lol

2) its much better than PMs because like a bunch of people can have one conversation

3) Its just fun :P

QFT...we don't need a shoutbox rly, the only reason people like it is because they can make the top 10 shouters and then they just spam it and ****.

This is precisely the reason I think it's pointless, people just put random **** in it such as 'I'm forth..Now i'm third" etc in the shoutbox just to make it up the ranks..
