[Glitch] 1.3 Shock Paddle Exploit

Apparently it's still around in the 1.3 patch, and the 1.4 beta 2. This guy claimed he can re-create it any time he wants. It might be a server side change.

That's the video, I've been trying to figure out how it's done on my server but nothing so far.

meh, its kinda hard to even tell his HP. He possibly isnt even being hit because of his fucking dolphin diving/bunny hopping.

Go to 1 minute, and keep an eye on the guys health. Regen rate is about 10 normal.
