I've been having this issue lately, as in 5 months. I keep trying to change my desktop, but all it does is let me choose a solid color. Whenever I shut down or turn the computer on and log into my account I see the web desktop that I chose, but after that a solid color takes over and i don't see the super cool custom desktop.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Ah. I see. I read something about solid bar and it threw me off. Thats an odd problem. After perusing windows support pages try dling and running registry cleaner.

Hey, do this.

Save the picture somewhere on your computer, then after it's saved, open it up and set it as your wallpaper.

Reboot.

Done.
