Ok, i'd figure if anyone needs help with photoshop, i'd supply some of my knowledge and submit a tutorial I just made a few minutes ago. First off, before I post my work, i'll post some links to websites with great tutorials for photoshop and a few sites for fonts and brushes.
#1: www.pixel2life.com --- They have the best tutorials ever! Very hard to come across a site with so many tutorials on so many programs
#2: www.good-tutorials.com --- A tutorials site, strictly for photoshop, has many great tutorials but again, not as many as pixel2life
#3: www.spoono.com --- Good site, tutorials for more than just photoshop, but they do not have many tutorials for photoshop-based users.
#4[fonts]: www.dafont.com --- My personal favorite site for fonts, has them in catagories and you can even preview what the font looks like by typing in your own text.
#5[fonts]: www.1001freefonts.com --- A good site, but has fonts that aren't very good looking and dont have many fonts that have web-masted potential.
#6[brushes]: www.browse.deviantart.com/resources/applications/psbrushes/ --- Ok, this is the only brush site I use, it has as many brushes as you can think of. A must for those who want brushes. I would rate this site a 10/10.
Finally, here is my tutorial, this tutorial is 100% written by me, and I did not, and will never, take anyone elses work. By the way, the tutorial is meant for people who have a basic knowledge of photoshop and should not use if you are new to the program.

And finally, a collection of my photoshop brushes
