Have problem with screen...

Ok my screen, I don't know what's wrong with it, but it's not bright. I put like on the options where it shows like brightness and little U with a bar through it and like fixing screen size... Even when I put brightness and contrast to the max it down't show bright enough is there anyway to brighten my screen with the computer?

ah that's why well a not good one lol like nvidia 5200 or something

do you have the latest drivers for it? if you do, and it has a seperate control panel(like mine does) maybe you need to adjust it there.

look in the lower right hand corner of the screen. is there a thing that says "NVIDIA settings" when you scrol over it?

use that to fix it.

if you look on craigslist.com and click which area your in, you can probably find a decent monitor for free or cheap that you can just go and pick up.

:D good i hope so my dad just bought like these 180$ bose headphones and 100$ altec lansing speaker system so hopefully a monitor will come soon

don't worry it's my dad who out of nowhere came home with the speakers and headphones so i'm hopeing for a nice new monitor anytime soon

If its a CRT monitor they are always dim. Also if its dimmer than normal adjust contrast. Upgrade to LCD.
