tell your provider to install the https mod on apache. And to turn it on for your domain.

And it should be ready to use by default, i havent got any provider on which i couldnt use https

They told me this:
Thank you for contacting Startlogic technical support.

Here you enjoy the SSL of the host, by using the url with the temporary address to the file which include host name in address, hence if you would have been referring a webpage as http://yourdomain/page.html in shared secure manner you have to refer it as
https://st113.startlogic.com/~username/page.htm you want to secure.

We have recently updated our knowledge base center. Please http://www.startlogichelp.com/ for all the information you need to get started.

I cant get it to work, idk if its me or them.

What kind of hosting are you? Just a site? Or VPS? in the latter case you should be able to manage Apache yourself.

if you use website hosting, im not to sure. Looking at the information they gave i think they have a redirect on that st113 sub-domain. If it didnt work, you might try to ask them again stating that you couldnt acces the file with the link they gave you. ( also tell them you did change ~username to ~myname (if your username is myname)dont forget to add the ~ infront of it).
