And ugly since you wanted this skin please do all all the template edits..

Plus the tech two style is like synonymous with us, like are favicon is that blue and orange ball thing and all that

I say we try to make a fully customized style, ESPECIALLY NEW SMILIES, for the black ice, I'd like it if we made better looking smilies that would fit in with the style
