Is it possible on vbulletin? I think it would be cool. when people post cool **** they get good karma from members. Negative karma for spamming and such. Karma abuse should be against the rules ofcourse.

we already have its the +rep and-Rep its those two squares on the side under your name ..good thing your talking about this because i was about to ask if you can just add a + sign on the square because not alot of people see it

LOL i didnt even see it. its like a box with a blue line in it. you cant even tell what it is unless you hover over it.

Yeah I've been thinking about that. I'm sure there are mods for karma as you say. The reputation system could definately be improved, and I'm sure we could add a karma level/meteter for under your name when you post.
