Need help w/ this open source C++ vent spammer

Well I goto cmd - > cd desktop then copy n paste

1 -n }{}{}{}{}{][][][][][@#$%^$#%#@$%^& Fuel2.nrgservers.net:3516

then click out and do all of it again

Your suppose to just add:

}


but I dont know why it wont work for me, if someone could tell me, I can do it.
