in short, i found out online how GoW has glitches and its exploitations. enjoy.
There are different glitches people use in online to get an advantage over others:
1. "Crab walk" This is when you are able to "roadie run" or sprint while being able to turn as if you are walking and fire a weapon. This is the major glitch in online because people will just get into the glitch (which takes less than 30 seconds) and pull out shotgun and rush you. Since they are able to sprint and shoot, it is extremely hard to kill them. Chainsaw is pretty useless because they will just shoot you and make you recoil. The best weapon to use in this situation is the pistol. When they get close melee with it and that will bring them to half health. Then you can shoot them with machine gun and easily down them. When someone is glitching always stay near allies and stick together.
2. "Power Jump" This glitch is pretty neat. The only problem is that its a resource glitch which means it leads to all the other glitches. What the glitch does is it makes it where you can speed over to cover going extremely fast and fly over it around 20 feet. This is the main cause of all the other glitches. It isnt a threat though.
3. "Out of map glitch" There are many maps that you can get out of. The easiest one is on Mansion. They can easily get out of the map and hide out to get a draw and this can become a really big problem. The only way to kill someone in it is to do it your self, or get a sniper and active reload and wait until you see him pop out. You can also get out of the map on Mausoleum. This isnt a problem since it is so difficult. The entry point is in the warehouse so keep an eye out there. The other maps are pretty difficult to get out of and wont pose a problem.
Whenever you see someone glitching, immediately send them a bad player review, then file a complaint. Xbox Live takes glitching seriously and usually hand out 7 day suspensions.
Learning the glitches.
These can also be fun to do with friends in a private match.
1. "Power Jump" To do this, pull out your chainsaw. You need to approach cover that can be mantled over easily. go about 20 feet away and start to run towards it. When you reach around 10 feet away from it, press A+B at the exact same time and you should fly towards it, then press it again to fly over it. This can be pretty fun to jump around the map with friends.
2. "Crab walk" To do this, use the power jump. On the map Gridlock, when you first spawn, sprint towards the 3 blocks near the ocean. Approach the first one and when you are around 5 feet away, Press A+B at the same time with chainsaw and you should be floating in the air about 2 feet. It will take a few tries the first time but after it gets pretty easy. Next "swat turn" (when you flip from one side of cover to the other) and you should get stuck crouching. This is good. Then look away from the cover and hold R trigger untill it allows you to shoot. Then simply walk away from cover when your shooting.
3. "Out of map glitch" To do this, put the map on Mansion. When you spawn make sure your in the right area (the path to the boom shot should be to your left.) Once you have identified the correct area, move forward until you spot a concrete block. Get on the side of the door and power jump to it (A+B) It takes a few tries, but when it works you should be atop the block. Now simply walk to the left into the bigger block in the wall and you should pop outside the map. This is good for experimenting or taking out a glitcher.
Fortuanutely, a patch is already being worked on by Epic and should be out by mid January.
