http://www.usps.com/

Look at the bottom of the page. You can order free packaging supplies from USPS, such as boxes, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, etc. I ordered a few things from there.

If you have to ship something small out, UPS is going to charge a lot more.. Not everyone lives near a UPS either.

USPS is good for shipping small stuff. I always have something small to ship here and there, never anything large. When I do, USPS is always much cheaper to use for shipping.

UPS is actually fairly expensive to ship. I cost me like $8 to ship a small container that had 2 sticks of RAM for an RMA.

Yeah :-/

If it was USPS it'd probably be around $2-3.

wow. That's great news.
I ship out textbooks alot, you guys think a textbook would fit in any of those priority mail boxes? It looks like the only two that work would maybe the the large envelope or the medium flat rate box. hmmm.
Note guys, that these are all flat rate boxes. the envelope and small box ship for around 5 bucks and the larger boxes ship for $10+.

I'm a fedex man myself. It's a shame the people at the "Fedex Office" store never want to help you. (they probably just dont like their jobs.)

Shipping, regardless of the company seems to be expensive. However nothing gives me a hard on like when i pull up the fedex/UPS tracking and watching your purchase with Fedex Next day fly up from nashville tennessee and arriving before you wake up the next day.
