stickam breaks my bandwith

Every hour I spend on stickam tolls up about a gig of download on my download limit of 20 gigs a month. I just wanted to know if there is a way to reduce the speed at which my pc downloads information on the site ( don't mind if the video feed lags) as long as it downloads at a more reasonable speed (like 30 kb/s) instead of 3 megs per second. I'm sure; I'm not the only one with a download limit who would like to know how to reduce incoming kb/speed. Thx in advance for any help provided.

Sorry but I have never heard of a way to limit your speed but you can keep a close eye on how mutch your using here is a site that has a bandwidth monitor. http://www.bandwidthmonitorpro.com/ I have worked with Best Buy's Geek Squad for over a year and haven't heard of limiting yor incoming speed.
