fill out the registration (email is not used, doesn't need to be valid)
click the green continuar sem preencher button
click the clica aqui
click that button that has CD-Key on it
copy/save that CD key


If you don't already have Steam installed, get it here and create an account:

Go to your steam games list and click "Activate a Product"
and then paste the key in and follow the install
