He is meaning the name of the user who owns the account not the actual log-in.

no, you cant change the name of the person who owns the account. Its to limit you buying characters as you cannot transfer them between accounts without having the same original User name. It does allow you to change the adress however, though it wont make much difference. The way to secure the account is change the email address and have the original user recieve an email and allowing the email change. Which means the person your buying from cannot view any changes you make to the account and cannot have the password reset.

but that means you'll have to pay monthly on all the separate accounts you own :)
