Holy hell... 120 KB/s

So Im torrenting GTA: Vice City and im AVERAGING 120 kb/s.
Is this regular, the MOST ive ever had other than this was like 60. O_O.
If anyone would care to explain whether or not this legitment that'd be great.

your download/upload rate can fluctuate depending on how many people are online using the same isp you are and how fast the hosts/your download/upload rate is for example if u have dsl and your average dl speed is 100kb/s and the host has t3 your dl speed could be like 120-40kb/s on the other hand a host with 56k can bring your dl speed 2 like 30-40 kb/s hope this helped you and yes that speed is ligit

your d/l rate is dependent on two things:
1. your caps set on upload/download speeds
2. the amount of seeders/leechers on the paticular torrent
