Please help me! battlefield 2142

It is game Battlefield 2142 and i have a problem.
When i enter the game and i want to costumise my soldier with bombs and another staff,i clik on bomb and drag in empty spot but nothing.Why is that happening.please help me:confused: :confused:

speedy it's because you haven't gone high enough in rank yet, and the other thigns you can get are squad commander/member/commander things

I've never heard of this stuff? Can you tell me more aout it danangboy? There wasn't any of it in bf2.

There are tons of unlocks in 2142, and consequently you rank up faster. Every time you rank up, you get to unlock one item in one tier. There are like 4 classes in bf2142, and each has 2 different tiers or "paths" with 4 unlocks. There is also a different tier for nades, speed, stamina, and extra pistol ammo/nades. Ill try and find a pic.
