Hello and welcome to another edition of the ZomgStuff Weekly News! Tons of happenings to talk about this week. Some stuff concerning VIP will be our main focus. Other topics I will cover are a few bug fixes, status on the new skin, and a new meme.
To get things started let me go ahead and get the big stuff out of the way. VIP is reverting to the awesomeness it used to be way back when. We have pruned a lot of members and put some on probation. If you lost it no worries. You can find more info on that here. Anyone who has been put on probation received a PM from me linking them to a specific thread with guidelines on how to keep their status. Some new VIP rules will also be posted soon so keep an eye out VIP's.
On another note the new skin is just about ready. the initial design is about 98% complete. Now all David has to do is go back and clean up the coding to make it friendly with almost all browsers. We still however will prefer you use Firefox. to get it follow the banner on our portal. For more on the skin drop by this thread where David is keeping us up to date!
Also this week a few bug fixes were done. A few many wouldn't notice but one is that the log mod now correctly names the type of infraction that was deleted. The main one on the to0do list is when someone gets banned for receiving a third infraction it posts the infraction in the log twice then a ban message making it look like the person received 2 infractions for the same post. We hope to have this fixed soon to prevent any further confusion.
On a lighter note, ZomgStuff has a new forced-meme (social fad). Information about it can be found here.
In conclusion I would like to remind you all we still have a 12 slot TS server! You can view all the info on it here. We also remind you all to please report any rating abuse, spam, flaming, and site bugs you find. It will be dealt with accordingly! That's it for this week.
