No, I might get it but I'm planing to mod the firmware so I can play burned games. And you get banned from XBL for that.

I suppose it depends on what games you wanna play. I'd like to play burned games but maybe not at the expense of XBL, tough call. For example games like Halo 3, COD etc are poo unless you play on xbl
