I used to know wayy more back in the day, but here you go. Post if you find any yourself.
Hot MG Spot One. You can do this on many places Jump on window panes and set up MG. You can also do this on the German 2nd to last spawn, on the apartment side.

Spot 2. This one takes A LOT of practice but can pays off big. You need to jump and crouch in midair to get to that little ledge sticking out int he right.

After you made the 1st jump (the hardest) just follow the pics to get over the rest.

Basically the only thing that can kill you is a grenade blast radius, cuz if you are on your game, there is no way you will let them throw it right at you. And if you get 2 MG's, one to watch german side and other to watch US, they are done.
