i have the last 4 digits of a credit card I wanna use, i know the name of the person, and the last 4 digits, how do I use the card?

If u want to be a KEWL hacker and use credit cards, look up google hacking and find ways to get credit card numbers using the aforsaid google hacking.
Be warned though, the number 1 way people get caught in fraudulent actions is through the use of stolen credit card numbers.

i have the credit card last 4 numbers, and the first and last name of the holder of the card... i just wanna know if i can use sum kind of hax that detect the other digits in the card, like knowing the last 4 digits and exact name of the person should be enuf to hack the card and find out the otehr digits, you would think

There is a way, But it isnt hacking as such. more along the lines of social engineering. I myself strongly encourage you to not do this.

What is required: adult sounding voice, a mature mindset.
Knowledge of the Bank through which your friend got his card.
From a little bit of google frisking find out what the LOCAL service helpdesk number is for the bank. Then call up masquerading as your "friend".
Make up a plausible excuse as to why you need to get the credit card details.

You will need more info on him, such as where he lives, and pretty much all his personal details (what I would call his COMMERCIAL DETAILS), ie stuff that bank's and pretty much any commercial company will ask you about him.

remember to call from a payphone FAR away from your house, The further the better. If you know how to Phreak then use that as well.

I seriously would suggest that you dont do this.
