Ripping music off of ipods

i'm sure all of you guys know how too do this but for those who don't it's very easy 1. open a folder
2 goto tools then goto folder options
3 next there should be a tab called view if there is click on that
4 scroll down till you see a part that says hidden files and folders and click show hidden files and folders
5 then open your ipods folder goto ipod control and there should be a folder in that called music and then a few sub-folders with all the music in it.
wasn't sure if some of you knew this thought it might be helpfull if you had 2 reformat or somethin

Dont they also have DRM software as well that prevents the files from working due to them being encrypted?
Also i know that the Encryption can be broken by a few programs. but since i dont use Ipod or any music from apple or microsoft sources, i dont know what the programs are called.
