Bring back Tech Two

For those of you how don't know what Tech Two was, It was one of the first (if not the first) Zomgstuff skins (not counting the vbulletin default skin). This is a vote to bring it back.

Remembering how much time I used to spend working on forum skins and shit, hell no. Especially since Ugly made this skin which means he put more effort into skinning than I ever did, and David just finished up working on a bunch of new things for this skin. All that would have to be redone if a skin were switched... That, or lost. Plus, if I remember correctly, it was pretty lame and dull compared to this. To be honest, I don't like the current banner here too much. >.>
