http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v189/oreoman/icon1.gif
Step 1:
Download and install IconArt at this website:
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/iconart.html
Step 2:
Open up IconArt and start painting away.
Now remember, you can draw anything in any direction you want!
Later on we will chose the hotspot (or the place where when you click it puts presure on).
Step 3:
So your done with your masterpiece:

Step 4:
Now before you do anything look at the preview of you cursor.
Move the hotcircle to the POINTER OF YOUR CURSER otherwise it will not work!:

(I hope i made that clear )
Step 5:
Save it to desktop!
Now, you want to actualy use it on your computer?
Go over to C:\WINDOWS\Cursors
and place your cursor file there. (Be sure to save backup)
Step 6:
Go to Control Panel\Printer and Other Hardware\Mouse\Pointers
Hit "Normal Select" on the list, and click Browse, then locate your file.
Apply and Ok and your done!
Have fun and good luck!
This was my first tutorial so sorry if it was a little rough :)
Comments, Questions, Ratings please :)
