All you need to do is download MyWarcraftStudio version 0.8... Then you need to go to the bar at the top and find a dropdown menu called "Pack"

Follow these steps:

1. Bring out the "Pack" dropdown menu, then select "Create MPQ Archive" this can be named whatever you want, place this file in the data folder.
2. Now whatever models and textures you want to change from here on out, work the same exact way as before except you are storing them into an MPQ Archive. So keep ALL file paths the same inside the MPQ archive.
3. Now find your old textures/models that you want to implement again, and inside MyWarcraftStudio in your new MPQ Archive, go to "Pack" again and select "Add file to archive" it will bring up a dialogue box and ask you to enter the pathname. The path name is exactly what it says... like pre-patch you'd place your replacements into something like Data\Creature\Ragnaros\Ragnaros_01.m2 and that'd replace ragnaros with a whatever that m2 file is that you renamed.

INSTEAD

You just click the "..." browse button next to the dialogue input, and select that Ragnaros_01.m2... Then you need to manually paste or type in
Creature\Ragnaros\ ... The end result in the dialogue should be Creature\Ragnaros\Ragnaros_01.m2... Then accept.

4. THIS IS IMPORTANT, ONCE YOU ARE DONE, DO NOT CLOSE MYWARCRAFTSTUDIO YET. GO BACK TO "PACK" AND CHOOSE -SAVE AND CLOSE- THIS IS IMPERATIVE! OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT WORK. AFTER THIS, YOU CAN THEN GO INGAME AND SEE IT!
